Isn't she the cutest little princess you've ever seen?
A little quality time with uncle Justin
Taylor had a messy time with her hamburger cake :) (see erica's blog for pics) but when tay left to get cleaned up the boys left behind started to dig in for their share...while cy was perfectly content eating his sugar right out of the pool, my boy on the other hand cryed, complained, and whined until....
he found a makeshaft plate out of the cake box....grabed himself a big chunk of cake, placed it on the plate, looked around for a "table 'n chair," cryed to get cleaned up from the frosting left on his hands when grabing the cake in the first place, and asked for a fork before he would get into his share....high class all the way...not entirely sure what to make out of that except 1 of 4 things:
1. This was not exactly our proudest moment- perhaps we should be worried about our boy crying about getting dirty like a big sissy :)
2. Justin is right and I am the cleaning nazi, along with the manner's head patrol, and I have ruined my children beyond any point of help
3. Our son surely believes he belongs in high society and will fit in nicely there when he visits his aunts and uncles (yes, that means you amber and erica :) because we sure as heck are not going to give it to him here!
4. He just wanted a plate, table, chair, and fork like a any civilized 2 year old would want for crying out loud!! And if he wasn't going to be given it he was sure going to make due with what semblance of those simple objects he could!

That is an awesome story! Your son rocks!!! I vote for option number 5 - he learned from the best. :)
I can't say I agree with number 3!!! You're silly! ;)
What are you talking about with number 3?! Even if we did miracously have alot of money we are living in the country......trust me not high class there! Its funny when kids have there own little quirks that make them "them":)Thanks for coming to the party!
That is soooo funny!!! He certainly is his "own man"...I vote that he is just from good genes (his grandparent's) and that class will win out every time!
