For those of you who haven't heard, we moved again. We are now occupants in the Bay Area of CA and the kids are in a new school again this year. We are sticking with public school this year and are excited for some stability, hoping that Justin will not get promoted again until the school year is over.
(as of Oct, he was given a big promotion, but we are able to stay here until the next one...hooray!)
The kids love school. We are happy that none of the classes have over 25 kids, (only 20 in Asher's class). And the school is k-5. I like the smaller schools when moving so often because it's faster and easier to feel a part of the school, seeing as how it takes a much shorter time for everyone to know you. my kids are comfortable there and happy. Both of their teachers are excellent and we all love the shorter school day.
I have been supplementing Singapore Math this year and so far we like it. Keely has her favorite parts of math and her not so favorite, but Asher adores all parts of math so far, so it's been easy to teach. Most of all, we are enjoying a down year without much stress or activities. It is relaxing....now if it could just last...

This makes my heart so happy to see blog posts!!!!!!! The kids look stylin and have got to be some of the best looking kids in the school! You make beautiful children!:) So happy about the promotion and glad that it doesn't involve you haven't to move yet. Love you!
