Keely hit a little milestone and decided to get her ears pierced out of the blue!! For a girl who was determined to wait until she was 8 years old it was a pretty surprising thing to hear her say she wanted to do it that day if she could :) They have such cuter studs now than they did when I had my ears done - she picked these colorful flowers and was really brave - afterwards we got some ice cream! it was fun to do something so adventurous for her in the midst of all our mundane caregiving to daddy - and they just add to her beauty :)Tuesday, February 17, 2009

Keely hit a little milestone and decided to get her ears pierced out of the blue!! It's so important to do things like that for your kids when there is extra stress in the house, like back surgeries, don't ya think?? They are so cute!!
Congratulations, Keely, I hope you like your ears! I got mine pierced years ago, but don't wear earrings anymore. I kind of miss them.
