Pre Halloween Fun

Gotta love that halloween lasts about a week for us :) the kids have parties and parades and pass out treats....it's all a complicated ordeal and we love it! This is Keely in her parade at school yesterday
Here's the munchkins all ready for a huge party the neighbors throw every year (all my pictures of the actual party are unfortunately very, very dark - hey! I never claimed to be a photographer)

How my kids chose their respected costumes this year:

Keely: wanted to be a princess but realized that all the dresses were itchy like her sleeping beauty one last year....therefore she pretty much picked the first "not itchy costume" her eyes landed on :)

Asher actually had steps to his process:

1. picked a costume and told me that he "want it put on" sooo...I ripped open the package and put it on him (I know, a vandal to the heart)

2. got my purse, found my camera, and told me "take a picture"

3. "I see picture"....so he came over to apraise the way he looked on my phone...then exclaimed "ummmmm, No."

4. proceeded to take the costume off, find another one, and repeat the whole process...until

5. He saw himself in this spiderman costume and said "ummmmmm, Yes, want it, this one."

then he carried his costume lovingly to the checkout to "buy it, home."
tonight will be so much fun - we can't wait!
